Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: This Return and Refund Policy is effective as of 08/15/2023.

  1. Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which Med Dimensions, LLC, a New York limited liability company with its principal place of business at 30 Vantage Point Dr. STE 1, Rochester, NY 14624 (“Med Dimensions” or “Company”), will accept returns and issue refunds for products purchased directly from Med Dimensions through its website or other authorized channels.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

2.1 General Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

(a) The product must have been purchased directly from Med Dimensions.

(b) The request for a return and refund must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product.

(c) The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2.2 Ineligible Products: The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund:

(a) Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

(b) Products that are custom-made or personalized.

(c) Products that are clearly identified as non-returnable on the product page or in accompanying documentation.

2.3 Exceptions: Med Dimensions may, at its sole discretion, accept returns and issue refunds for products that do not meet the general eligibility criteria outlined above. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, the customer must contact Med Dimensions Customer Support at [email protected] or 585-510-0005 ext. 1, providing the following information:

(a) Order number

(b) Product(s) to be returned

(c) Reason for return

(d) Photographic evidence of the product’s condition, if applicable

3.2 Return Authorization: Upon receipt of the return request, Med Dimensions will review the request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.

3.3 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Med Dimensions. Med Dimensions recommends using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the product.

3.4 Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product, Med Dimensions will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, Med Dimensions will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 12 business days, from the date of deemed eligibility, for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Notification: In the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the customer must contact Med Dimensions Customer Support immediately at [email protected] or 585-510-0005 ext. 1, providing details of the damage or defect and photographic evidence, if possible.

4.2 Resolution: Med Dimensions will investigate the matter and, at its sole discretion, will either:

(a) Issue a full refund for the damaged or defective product.

(b) Replace the damaged or defective product with a new product of the same type and model.

A COPY OF THE WARRANTY IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR SHIPMENT FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COPY MAY NOT REFLECT THE MOST UP-TO-DATE WARRANTY INFORMATION.   1. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MED DIMENSIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS POLICY OR THE SALE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MED DIMENSIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  1. Product-Specific Return Policies:

Certain products may have specific return policies that differ from the general terms outlined in this Policy. These product-specific policies will be clearly stated on the product page or in accompanying documentation.

  1. Restocking Fees:

Med Dimensions reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returned products that are not defective or damaged. The amount of the restocking fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the customer prior to processing the return.

  1. Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

  1. Amendments

Med Dimensions reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on the Med Dimensions website at www.med-dimensions.com/returns-refunds. The updated Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. Customers are encouraged to review the Policy periodically for any changes.
